Is my data isolated from other MSPs on the platform?
Yes. Every account lives under a tenant ID and isolation is enforced at the database level via Postgres row-level security. Your clients, schedules, integration credentials, and report history are not visible or reachable by any other MSP.
Will reports render correctly in Outlook?
Yes. Every report is rendered with table-based layouts and 100% inline styles — the email-safe approach Outlook reliably renders. We do not use SVG, flexbox, or CSS grid in the email body.
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to all live integrations, unlimited clients and schedules, AI-written executive summaries, branded delivery — no credit card required. The product is exactly the same as a paid account during the trial.
What happens when the trial ends?
We send a reminder a few days before. If you don’t pick a plan by day 14, your account goes into read-only mode and scheduled sends pause. Nothing is deleted — pick a plan whenever you’re ready and everything resumes.
Can I customize what shows up in each client’s report?
Yes. Each schedule has module toggles (tickets, devices, patch compliance, backups, security, lifecycle, CSAT) so you can dial in what each client sees. Branding applies globally; per-client branding ships with the Growth plan.
How are integration credentials stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM using a per-deployment key. Credentials are never written to logs and are decrypted only at report-generation time inside our server, never exposed to the browser after they’re saved.
Do clients see "Sent via MSPbrief" anywhere on the email?
No. Reports go out from your MSP’s logo, brand color, and sender address. Your clients see your brand, not ours — that’s the entire point.
What if I use a tool you haven’t integrated yet?
