Terms of Service

By creating an MSPbrief account, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

MSPbrief provides a multi-tenant platform for MSPs to generate and deliver branded weekly and monthly client reports. Features and integrations may evolve over time.

New accounts get 14 days of full access at no cost. No credit card is required to start. If you do not select a paid plan before the trial ends, your account enters read-only mode and scheduled sends are paused.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are generally not provided for partial months.

You agree not to: use MSPbrief to send spam, attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend accounts that do.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or that we generate on your behalf. We process your data to operate the service and generate reports — see the Privacy Policy for details.

MSPbrief is provided "as-is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
